It sounds like the issue may be in the control box. There is a way to troubleshoot the control box and that is by switching the control boxes from each recliner to the other. If the recliner that does not close now, closes with the opposite control box and vice versa, you will need to replace that control box.

I do have an option for you but we currently do not sell sensors that would work with your Ford TPMS system so you would have to use a system that has smart phone app display or it's own display screen. The signal boosters allow you to have a longer operating range. According to my research the Jayco Seismic is 46 ft so you may not need a booster depending on the operating range of the system.

Your concern makes sense, but you can install the Adco Storage Skirt for 5th Wheel RV # 290-3502 on your Jayco North Point 377MBH without worrying about screwing into wires. It screws in at the very bottom of your overhang where no wires will be. I have a solution for you, and while you can purchase front legs without the motors, the middle legs on the Lippert 6 point Ground Control 3.0 system # LC675817 are the same as the rear legs. Because of this, there is not going to be a replacement middle leg without the motor available.

It sounds like you're trying to decide between the # HSE7K-T1SO and the # HSE7K-T1 for your 2017 Jayco North Point. I recommend the # HSE7K-T1SO with the over-the-hub rotors for the cost savings. There is no real difference between the two aside from the design. Also, if something happens to a rotor you can just replace the rotor instead of the whole assembly.

I have a solution for you to raise your trailer, but I don't think going through a complete suspension overhaul is cost effective and won't give you the greatest additional clearance. I'll also add that lifting your trailer by changing components will not void your warranty unless the installation of those parts is the cause of a malfunction that damages the coach and we've seen many customers add lift kits to their new trailers without issue.

These axles typically use the # 14125A outer and # 25580 inner bearing found in the Timken # TMK92VR.
